Social-ecological System (SES) Framework- Understanding urban lake governance and sustainability in India

Analysing urban lake urban lake governance and sustainability using the Social-ecological system framework. The three stage study involved different applications of the SES framework to analyse three geospatial scale of urban lake system- analysing lake system of Ahmedabad to find meaning of SES variables; analysing the drivers of urban lake governance through study of eight urban lakes across four cities; and analysing in-depth the interaction of those drivers in case of one lake system.
